1. Who We Are

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) and related services provided by T TIME LTD (Company No. 16876418) trading as AlgoFract (“AlgoFract”, “we”, “us”).

2. Important Risk + No Financial Advice

AlgoFract provides educational content and TradingView indicators intended to support market analysis. Nothing on this Site is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Trading is risky. You can lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase subscriptions or use any paid services.

4. Access and Third‑Party Platforms

Access to AlgoFract products may be sold and/or delivered through third‑party platforms (for example, Whop, Discord, and TradingView). When you use those services, their terms and policies apply.

We may require that you provide information necessary to grant access (for example, your TradingView username). You are responsible for ensuring that you provide accurate details.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, Trials, and Refunds

Pricing, billing intervals, free trials, cancellations, and refunds are determined by the checkout platform you use. Where a third‑party checkout provider processes your payment, we do not store your card details.

If a money‑back guarantee is offered, it applies only according to the specific terms shown at checkout or on the relevant purchase page.

6. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use AlgoFract materials for your own trading and education.

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, distribute, or sublicense the indicators or materials except where explicitly permitted.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or share invite‑only scripts publicly.
• Use the Site or services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Misrepresent AlgoFract or impersonate others in community channels.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Site (including indicators, text, design, graphics, and logos) are owned by or licensed to AlgoFract and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee any trading outcome, profit, or performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoFract will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading capital.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to the relevant service provider for access in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or community spaces if you violate these Terms or misuse the services. Third‑party platforms may also suspend accounts under their own policies.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
