Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 1 March 2026

1. Who We Are

This website (the “Site”) is operated by T TIME LTD (Company No. 16876418) trading as AlgoFract (“AlgoFract”, “we”, “us”).

For privacy enquiries, contact looshi@algofract.com.

2. What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you visit our Site, contact us, join our community, or purchase access to AlgoFract via third‑party platforms.

3. Personal Data We Collect

  • Contact data: if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
  • Community data: if you join our Discord, Discord may provide us limited account identifiers and message content you choose to post.
  • Purchase/subscription data (via third parties): we may receive limited information that a purchase occurred (for example, your plan level or entitlement status). Payment details are handled by our checkout provider(s), not by us.
  • Usage/technical data: basic technical information your browser sends (e.g., IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps). This is typically collected through standard server logs and hosting infrastructure.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g., health, religion) and we ask that you do not send it to us.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We aim to keep tracking minimal. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (e.g., which pages are visited, how long people stay, and whether errors occur) so we can improve performance and content.

If/when enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies or similar technologies on your device and process usage information. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides tools and information about opting out of analytics.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
  • To respond to your messages and support requests.
  • To manage community access and communicate important updates.
  • To verify and administer access/entitlements when you purchase via third‑party checkout platforms.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

6. Legal Bases (UK GDPR)

Where UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following bases: (a) performance of a contract (to provide access you purchased), (b) legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Site and prevent abuse), (c) consent (where required for certain cookies/marketing), and/or (d) legal obligation (where applicable).

7. Sharing Your Data

We may share data with service providers who help us run the Site and services (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, community platforms). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Purchases may be processed by third‑party checkout providers (e.g., Whop). When you use them, their privacy policies apply to payment processing.

8. International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to help keep your data protected.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above (for example, to provide support, maintain access records, and comply with legal obligations). We then delete or anonymize it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact looshi@algofract.com.

11. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

13. Contact
